La Guardia used Bartow-Pell as his “summer city hall” in 1936. Mr. Lo Bianco has been involved in numerous films, television programs, and stage performances either acting or as a writer, director or producer. The Picture House (1921) is the oldest continuously running movie theater in Westchester County.
