Spring time means warmer weather, flowers blooming and a lot of things to do in The Bronx. From indoor shopping to outdoor markets, you can enjoy the classic spots as well as new activities in familiar places.
You can keep it simple and get back to the beauty of nature, taking in the colors and sounds of the outdoors at one of the many New York City Parks in The Bronx. From taking a hike at Pelham Bay Park or spicing it up with Barefoot Dancing at Van Cortlandt Park. If you’re not up for the outdoors you can always enjoy some shopping and dining at The Shops at Marble HIll or kick it at the The Mall at Bay Plaza or The Bronx Terminal Market. There you will be able to not only shop for your favorite brands to show off the threads this spring, but there are plenty of events to keep the whole family engaged. From outdoor markets to fashion shows.
For the foodie in you get ready for the return of The Bronx Night Market at Fordham Plaza. There you will enjoy global cuisine, unique vendors, live music and so much fun! RSVP here and join the Bronx Night Market‘s OPENING day on Saturday, April 30th from 1 PM to 7 PM!!
As always, experience the cultural diversity of our borough as displayed in all the cultural institutions and restaurants. And if you feel like venturing into one of the other boroughs, why not make a day of it and cruise it up in the NYC Ferry.
